I'm run down with a cold again, so today's pampering session will be very extensive! I don't know about you, but when I'm ill, my skin especially is horrible; my spots go worse but some areas go very dry. I'll be making sure I do a deep cleanse and use a face mask too, as well as a more heavy duty moisturiser. I'll also be burning candles and painting my nails to try and cheer myself up!

SOAP & GLORY SCRUB YOUR NOSE IN IT: This is currently my face mask of choice. I love the smell, and the tiny exfoliation particles inside which means you can buff your skin whilst removing. I'm not going to say much about it as I've done a full review, which you can find here.

AVON SOLUTIONS HYDRA RADIANCE NIGHT CREAM: After attempting a mini facial I'm be whacking a big dollop of this on my face. My skin when I'm ill is very dull and dry and will need some brightening up, which this does. This is a night cream but it doesn't feel too heavy on the skin, and it always perks me up.

CIATE MY FAIR LADY AND NO7 PINK GLITTER POLISH: These are two of my favourite polishes at the moment, so I'll be painting my nails with these. The Ciate is a very light, classic nude and the No7 is a pink shimmer colour.

LUSH ROS ARGAN BODY CONDITIONER: This is an interesting product, and not like anything I've used before! You use it exactly like a hair conditioner, but on your body. It smells amazing, and I'm really looking forward to trying it! I'll probably do a full review soon!

LUSH THE COMFORTER BUBBLE BAR: 'The Comforter' just says it all really, and it's definitely something I must throw in my bath when I'm feeling under the weather! It smells lovely, like sweetie necklaces or something similar, with berries, plus it makes the bath pink! You can make it last for ages too, as you don't need a lot to make enough bubbles for your bath.

NO7 BEAUTIFUL SKIN HOT CLOTH CLEANSER: This isn't anything new, I use this most days at night time, but it'll be used in my mini facial. I actually find it quite therpeutic rubbing and massaging this into my skin, and I can definitely see the difference afterwards. I really love this cleanser but I think I'll be trying the Liz Earle one when this runs out!

  9. Oh no, you're sick again Catherine!? Hopefully you get better and STAY better soon :( A good pampering session will do you well though and I completely understand your skin getting worse when you're sick; I ALWAYS get those deep, painful, under the skin bumps when I'm ill (making me feel even worse), blech!!
